Job Opening: Global Sales Director

Overall Purpose of the Job
The Global Sales Director will drive international revenue growth, expand Farmforce’s market footprint, and lead strategic commercial initiatives. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle for a B2B SaaS platform, build strong executive-level customer relationships, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to scale adoption across global food and agriculture supply chains.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting, research, and lead nurturing.
- Build deep understanding of Farmforce’s SaaS platform, value proposition, and use cases across the agricultural supply chain.
- Conduct intro and discovery calls with C‑suite leaders, operational managers, and sustainability teams in target organizations.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by running efficient, structured, and value-led enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
- Deliver high-quality proposals, demos, and solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain and regularly review pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics with the CCO.
- Stay up to date on platform innovations and product updates.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and fellow Global Sales Directors to ensure alignment and market success.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder global sales processes including legal, procurement, pricing, and technical evaluations.
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Oversee timely renewal of multi‑year enterprise contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director or senior enterprise sales professional within B2B SaaS, AgTech, or supply‑chain technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise SaaS revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of agricultural supply chains, sustainability challenges, and global market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high‑performing sales processes (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, value‑selling, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Must‑Have
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
- Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles including procurement, RFP/RFI, and multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales‑enablement tools.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French.
Good to Have
- Experience working with responsible sourcing, ESG reporting, agricultural development programs, or global food supply chains.
