Your Contribution to Our Growth

As a Manual QA Analyst at Aquanow, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our digital asset platform. Working closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads, you'll be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases that validate both frontend and backend functionalities. You’ll contribute to building a strong quality assurance culture by identifying defects and collaborating with the development team to enhance product reliability.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with SDET’s to identify automation scenarios.
• Perform thorough functional testing, regression testing, and exploratory testing to identify bugs and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to clearly define acceptance criteria and improve the overall quality of products.
• Document and track defects using our QA tools, providing detailed reports to the development team.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning, contributing to the agile development process.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation for test cases and testing outcomes, and participate in knowledge sharing with the QA team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on testing processes and tools

We’d Love to See

• Deep understanding of QA methodology and direct experience with manual testing in a professional environment.
• Experience with software testing across various domains, including frontend and backend.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of testing tools and bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Background or interest in digital payment/financial services and cryptocurrencies.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
