- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cheque clearing processes
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to define functional specifications
- Map existing and future-state process flows related to SGD & USD cheque clearing
- Support system enhancements, defect analysis, and UAT activities
- Ensure alignment of requirements with regulatory and operational needs

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial domain
- Mandatory: Domain expertise in Singapore cheque clearing processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with MAS guidelines, cheque truncation system (CTS), and clearing cycles is preferred
