Business Analyst ( Singapore Cheque Clearing)

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cheque clearing processes
  • Work closely with business users and technical teams to define functional specifications
  • Map existing and future-state process flows related to SGD & USD cheque clearing
  • Support system enhancements, defect analysis, and UAT activities
  • Ensure alignment of requirements with regulatory and operational needs
  • Prepare business cases, BRDs, FSDs, and user stories as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial domain
  • Mandatory: Domain expertise in Singapore cheque clearing processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Familiarity with MAS guidelines, cheque truncation system (CTS), and clearing cycles is preferred
