Primary Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate enterprise network infrastructure supporting 24/7 mission-critical operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ICT teams to enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain networking technologies across private/hybrid cloud and converged environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Support automation and monitoring initiatives to drive operational efficiency and proactive incident response.
• Contribute to optimization projects that advance digital transformation and network modernization.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in networking or infrastructure operations. Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.
• Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, and network security.
• Mindset: Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Experience: Internship or project exposure to enterprise networking or cloud environments.
