Transforming Data into Actionable Insights

Support strategic decision-making and optimize operations by turning data from Red Bull TV and RedBull.com into actionable insights. Dive deep into media content and user behavior, conducting both proactive and reactive analyses. Use your findings to highlight key drivers and opportunities, empowering global and country teams to take impactful actions.

Empowering Stakeholders Through Analysis and Visualization

Explore ideas with the freedom to present findings through interactive dashboards and deep-dive analyses. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations to support their goals.

Fostering a Data-Informed Culture

Collaborate with global colleagues to promote a data-driven mindset. Provide training on tools, offer critical context, and ensure stakeholders understand how to leverage data effectively. Work closely with teams across Red Bull TV, RedBull.com, Digital Platforms, and Business Intelligence to align with strategic objectives.

Innovating and Automating for Better Results

Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new quantitative methods and streamline data processes through automation. Support the development of advanced KPIs that accurately measure success across platforms, ensuring that Red Bull’s Owned Media continues to lead with precision and innovation.

Translating Business Needs into Technical Solutions

Bridge the gap between high-level business goals and technical implementation. Collaborate with internal teams to translate strategic needs into detailed technical requirements, ensuring seamless alignment between objectives and execution.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the Streaming Media or Digital Marketing industries; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Sharp analytical thinking skills, with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong ability to query large, unstructured data using SQL; experience with at least one statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R) and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate business questions into technical requirements.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; willingness to learn new tools and skills is essential.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3.715,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
