Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This role transforms raw data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and analysis, helping stakeholders understand performance, trends, and opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Translate business questions into analytical models and data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and datasets.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management.
• Support data validation, documentation, and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists on data pipelines and models.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analytical techniques.
