We provide full-cycle email and SMS marketing services to international e-commerce clients — helping them build trust, boost sales, and grow long-term brand love.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who combines structure and empathy — someone who can keep multiple moving parts aligned, while creating a space where both clients and teams feel supported.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Event Manager — ideally in creative or tech teams.
• You know how to work with people — from copywriters to tech leads — and how to lead, not control.
• You’ve worked with international clients or on English-speaking projects.
• You’re a natural at keeping things organized, clear, and on track — even in fast-paced environments.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully — you give and receive feedback without drama.

Your English:

— Spoken — confident B2 or higher;

— Written — C1 or near-native, especially for email copy and client communication.

What you’ll do:

• Manage 5–6 email/SMS projects at once — from kickoff to final reporting.
• Be the main point of contact for clients — via Slack, Telegram, and Google Meet.
• Align client goals with internal resources, tasks, and timelines.
• Review and help shape the copy & content created for campaigns.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports — share insights with the client and team.
• Spot blockers, resolve issues, and keep the team motivated and focused.

What we offer:

• Official contract: 1.5 years, with automatic renewal (unless either side opts out 2 months before end date).
• Trial period: 1 month (at 80% of the base salary).
