  • Experience in products like Crushers, Apron Feeders, Surface Miners, Material Handling Equipment.
  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding both domestic and international business
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
  • Regularly analyse competition / competitor activities.
  • Identify potential areas of improvements and business growth.
  • Forecast Product / Geography specific business potential.
  • Prepare accurate order / sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
  • Identify new markets and potential customers for spares and services.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the company's presence in both domestic & international markets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to generate leads and secure business opportunities.
  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations / making company presentations to various clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from enquiry generation to preparing and submitting quotations based on site study and requirements and obtaining purchase orders from clients. Additionally manage and coordinate payment follow-up and collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project execution, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure effective execution of strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with customers or partners.
  • Stay updated with domestic / international trade regulations, compliance requirements, import/export laws, tariffs, etc.
