Synechron is seeking a dynamic Fullstack Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET, React, AWS EKS, Docker, DevSecOps, and Security Threat Modelling. This role requires a hands-on lead who can drive solution design, ensure secure application delivery, and mentor engineering teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a Tech Lead role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks (React).
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly EKS.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
• Proven track record in DevSecOps implementation and secure software delivery.
• Deep knowledge of security threat modelling, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Strong background in solution architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack development initiatives using .NET Core, React, or Next.js.
• Architect and design scalable, secure solutions for enterprise banking applications.
• Drive cloud-native deployments leveraging AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) and Docker.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, embedding security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct security threat modelling and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and optimize performance.
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
