Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Python/Django, GraphQL, and related technologies.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and reliable product features.
- Collaborate with product, customer support, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Ensure application stability by debugging production issues and optimizing performance.
- Support AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines to maintain system reliability.
- Participate in asynchronous workflows, including code reviews, pull requests, and collaborative development practices.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development best practices while working independently.
- 6+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
- Strong experience with React, Python/Django, and GraphQL.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript, including type definitions, interfaces, and generics.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and AWS infrastructure, including debugging and maintaining deployment pipelines.
- Experience integrating AI tools, APIs, or frameworks into applications.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and testing mindset, with a focus on code correctness and system reliability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in Latin America.
