Product Manager - Latam


A fast-growing startup is seeking a hands-on Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with a relentless focus on delivery. You'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn business goals into clear roadmaps, precise requirements, and frequent releases that move the needle.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics for each initiative
  • Define and prioritize the backlog with clear rationale (impact/urgency/effort/risk) and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
  • Write clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage edge cases and ensure consistency
  • Track post-release performance: monitor results vs. metrics, manage bugs/adjustments, and iterate based on learnings
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering on refinement, trade-offs, scope management, dependency resolution, and delivery through to production
  • Coordinate work across UX, QA, and Engineering, ensuring smooth handoffs, early validation, and quality focus
  • Facilitate decisions with stakeholders (operations, CX, sales, marketing, business)


What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Experience as a PM (or equivalent) with direct ownership of features or products
  • Proven track record shipping products/features under tight timelines while maintaining quality and mitigating risks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, QA, business); ideally having led coordination and delivery
  • Strong ability to write specifications (PRDs/requirements) and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to have technical conversations with developers (APIs, constraints, edge cases, tracking) without needing to code
  • Excellent stakeholder management: clarity, assertiveness, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • At least one previous startup experience

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce, or operationally intensive products
  • Multi-country/multi-operation experience
  • Familiarity with product analytics (tracking, post-release measurement, iteration)
