As Lead Back-end Developer, you will work with your team on the digitalization actions. You will design, develop, test and implement digital services for our customers. You understand the, sometimes complex, business requirements and easily translate them into technology. With your creativity and ambition to continuously learn, you keep up with all the new developments in the market. In addition, you also get energy from coaching juniorintermediate developers, so that they can continue to develop with the help of your experience.This is what you will do as Lead Back-end Developer: you are the driving force and point of contact within and outside the team on the following topics: developing websites and customer environments the transition to the Cloud movement towards DevOps and Cl/CD making the platform on which we work future-proof you propose solutions and coordinate these with architecture and security; you guide junior/medior colleagues in their development.Eligibility:This vacancy is really something for you, because you have: at least 10 years of experience in Microsoft .NET and .NET Core; experience with Sitecore; experience with Microsoft Azure; experience with Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus; experience in various front-end techniques such as Typescript and Vue is a plus; a flexible mindset, which makes you agile and able to move with the needs of the organization and the customer. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
