✔ Carousels, infographics, reels thumbnails

✔ Branding-focused designs for Recruitance

✔ Daily content creation based on instructions

✔ Designing job posts, hiring updates, and company announcements

✔ Understanding market trends & bringing new creative ideas

✔ Maintaining consistent brand identity

Requirements

✔ Strong skills in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator

✔ Ability to design clean, modern, corporate-style graphics

✔ Creative mindset & eye for detail

✔ Must be able to deliver daily content

✔ Experience with reels content (optional but plus)

✔ Good understanding of social media trends

✔ Ability to work independently
