You will play a key role in cyber threat detection, incident response, and security architecture design, contributing directly to the resilience and maturity of the security landscape.

Your Mission

As an ICT Security Functional Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technology, security, and business needs. Your objective is to detect, manage, and prevent cyber threats while translating security requirements into practical, scalable solutions for both office IT and industrial control environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Incident Management

• Support cyber incident detection and response, strengthening monitoring and alerting capabilities.
• Contribute to improving overall security posture and system resilience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with ICT teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Gather monitoring and security requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.

Process & Procedure Development

• Design and document clear security processes and procedures for detection, monitoring, and response tools.
• Ensure procedures align with best practices and operational realities.

Security Architecture & Frameworks

• Contribute to the design, formalization, and improvement of secure architectures for:
• Office IT environments
• Industrial Control Systems (ICS / OT)
• Analyze, document, and implement security and business requirements using recognized standards:
• NIST
• CIS
• ISO 27001 / ISO 27002
• IEC 62443

Analysis & Continuous Improvement

• Assess existing applications and infrastructure.
• Collect insights from application, operations, and business teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose practical, future-proof security solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICT Security and/or Functional Analysis.
• Analytical Strength: Ability to structure problems, clarify requirements, and define effective solutions.
• Security Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/2, IEC 62443).
• Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures.
• Ability to perform bottom-up technical research, diagnostics, and impact analysis.

Communication Skills

• Strong active listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
