What the key tasks will look like

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to lead projects across our digital transformation journey, focusing on new technologies, customer-centric solutions, and IT-driven innovation.

You will join the Transformation Office, a dynamic team of 19 professionals (strategy manager, PMO manager, program managers, transformation leads (project managers), business analysts and change/lean experts) working on high-impact projects that redefine how we serve our 2 million policyholders.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • As project manager, your responsibility will be to scope projects, define requirements in close collaboration with the business and Business Analysts, and create robust business cases.
  • You will plan and implement projects end to end, proactively manage risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • You are responsible for monitoring KPIs and reporting progress to internal stakeholders and the Group.


Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • You will prepare, present, and drive decision-making in steering committees, while actively engaging sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • As project manager, you are responsible for fostering collaboration among stakeholders and inspiring them toward successful project outcomes.
  • You will plan and coordinate activities and tasks with a strong focus on delivery and value realization.


Transformation Expertise & Development:

  • You are responsible for contributing to the development of our project management center of excellence.
  • You will share knowledge, support continuous improvement, and help develop and embed project management best practices.


Required Skills And Competencies

  • Education and experience: Master’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field, or equivalent in experience. You have 5+ years in program/project management and a proven track record with successful delivery of transformation projects
  • Digital & IT Affinity: Strong interest and understanding of digital technologies, IT systems, and how they enable business transformation.
  • Skills: Project management methodologies, risk management, business casing, and problem-solving
  • Mindset: Structured, result-oriented, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Communication skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills at all levels, including C-level, in an international context
  • Languages: Dutch, French, and English (native in one, professional in others).
