Skeleton's Advanced Engineering team is seeking R&D Trainees (m/f/x).
The paid trainee employment takes place in our Lappeenranta Office & Test Shop.
Trainee working period would be preferably full-time workhours from May to August, start in April is appreciated (can be lower workload).
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Your tasks can vary in different parts of product development: software development, mechanical development, PCB design, main circuit design, developing test methods, developing and building test setups, testing, reporting
- Currently enrolled in Bachelors- or Master's program in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Software Engineering
- Previous internship or experience in one- or more topics: Power electronics design or testing; electronics design or testing; embedded software development ; mechanical design of electronics or - power electronic systems, cooling system design
- Fluency in English is required (both written and spoken);
- Desire for continuous learning
- Hands-on mentality- not afraid to get "hands dirty"
- Strong problem- solving skills
