The journey that awaits you
In this brand-new role, you’ll have the chance to shape the way we approach project management, process and architecture, and the implementation of standards across our BI & Planning services. You’ll be the driving force behind raising quality in our current environments and setting best practices for the entire team. With real freedom to carve out your own territory, your expertise and ideas will directly influence how we operate and deliver value to our clients. If you’re looking for a position where you can make a genuine impact and leave your mark, this is it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead demanding and complex BI & Planning projects that go beyond standard templates. You’ll be responsible for project management and technical solution design. Typical projects are fast-paced (weeks, not months).
- Define and validate comprehensive BI architectures, monitor error trends, and ensure technical quality by reviewing and improving the resilience of data pipelines.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients: help Customer Success Managers build client roadmaps, consult on maximizing the value of our BI & Planning tool Naviloq, and tailor solutions for different stakeholders (dashboards, data roles, workflows, planning processes).
- Develop and maintain best practices for BI & Planning models, and ensure these are implemented across the team.
- Support sales and presales activities by designing high-level solutions, estimating project workloads, and participating in client meetings to win new business and identify upsell opportunities.
- Mentor and coach other consultants: participate in projects as a sponsor or project manager, spar on architecture and practical solutions, monitor error trends, and provide feedback to improve data pipeline reliability. Share expertise through training and ensure best practices are followed.
- Spend most of your time in direct client consulting, either working alongside the consultant team on technical specifications or advising clients together with Customer Success Managers and BI consultants.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, BI consultants, the Service Delivery Lead, and client-side contacts to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing customer success.
- Take an active role in internal development: improve project management processes, tools, and overall quality standards.
We offer a flexible hybrid work model, but ideally you’ll spend at least a few days each week at our Helsinki office, where most of our BI team works. This helps us collaborate smoothly and stay connected. Our modern office is right in the city center, just steps from the railway station.
Our base salary range for this role is €6500–8000/month, depending on your background. You’ll also be eligible for a competitive performance-based monthly and half-year bonus.

- 8+ years’ hands-on experience in BI and planning solutions, with a track record in architecture and technical development.
- Experience in financial reporting and building financial reports
- Proven ability to lead complex customer projects and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills – you know how to engage, inspire, and challenge both clients and colleagues.
- Experience mentoring and sharing expertise within a team.
- Strategic mindset, but practical and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Business understanding – you see beyond the tech and focus on real client impact.
- Fluent in English; Finnish is a plus.
🚀 Clear missions. Big impact.

- You’ll join a tight-knit crew where knowledge-sharing, peer support, and smart internal practices make collaboration effortless. New team members are onboarded fast – no one’s left behind.
