Chain Of Events is a Paris-based company behind Paris Blockchain Week, Europe’s flagship event at the intersection of digital assets and traditional finance. Since its inception in 2019, Paris Blockchain Week has grown into a key meeting point for global leaders in finance, technology, policy, and innovation, laying the foundation for the next generation of strategic dialogue in digital finance.

The 6th edition of Paris Blockchain Week was held in April 2025 at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, welcoming over 10,000 attendees, 500+ speakers, 350+ sponsors, and 500+ media representatives. It brought together the world’s most influential voices to shape the future of finance, explore the evolution of blockchain infrastructure, and discuss the convergence of Web3 technologies with traditional capital markets.

As we look ahead, Chain Of Events continues to expand its platform and international reach, building on its mission to elevate the conversation around blockchain, regulation, and institutional adoption. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can help craft that aesthetic across digital and print campaigns for PBW 2026.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to deliver brand-consistent creative across channels. You’ll turn strategy into visual storytelling, ensuring PBW’s presence feels timeless, credible, and innovative on every platform

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and production of visual assets for digital, social, and print formats, including web banners, email visuals, social media posts, speaker cards, infographics, signage, and event materials.
• Apply and respect PBW’s brand guidelines to help ensure visual consistency across marketing campaigns and communication materials.
• Assist in motion design and video projects by preparing design assets and layered files under the guidance of the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help translate campaign briefs into engaging visual content.
• Contribute ideas and creative support to key campaigns such as speaker announcements, partner reveals, and event launches.
• Prepare print-ready files for event materials (stage visuals, backdrops, exhibition assets) with supervision and coordination with external vendors.
• Support quality checks to ensure clean layouts, correct formatting, and basic typographic consistency.
• Stay curious and informed about visual and design trends, particularly in tech and event branding.
• Work with international teams and support fast-paced campaign timelines during peak periods, with guidance from senior team members.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with video editing software for creating multimedia content
• Knowledge of photography and image editing techniques for retouching and enhancing visual content

MUST HAVE Requirements:

• A learning agreement (Convention de Stage) from your university/school.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Film).
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• An interest in Blockchain and emerging tech.
