Senior Project Executive
Are you a senior project executive ready to take ownership of a new data center development as a new entrant to the French market. This role will shape their success from concept to delivery. I'm seeking an experienced project executive to lead major projects in France and play a key role in a fast-growing organisation’s continued expansion.
Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer, you will have end-to-end responsibility for project delivery from strategy, budgets and timelines to team leadership and stakeholder management. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior leadership, project managers, contractors and vendors to manage risk, control finances and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing overall leadership and direction across large, multi-disciplinary projects
- Leading and mentoring project managers, teams, contractors and consultants
- Owning project plans, timelines, budgets and performance metrics
- Managing complex operating budgets and business plans
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Driving best practice, continuous improvement and high-performance delivery
- Representing the organisation professionally and safeguarding its reputation
- Contributing fresh thinking to strategy, business planning and service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- 15+ years’ experience within a project leadership role
- Qualified in a technical capacity to degree level. MBA - Desirable
- Proven track record delivering large, complex, mission-critical projects
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Confidence using project management tools, systems and performance metrics
