We're working with expertum on this exciting opportunity. This role involves comprehensive HR administrative support for a global leader in intelligent drive solutions, offering a dynamic and international work environment.
The Role
• Manage all HR administrative tasks in close collaboration with HR Business Partners.
• Oversee applicant management, including screening, interview coordination, and initial phone screenings.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, references, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain and update personnel files and act as a liaison for external HR service providers.
• Handle HR correspondence and manage personnel data.
• Perform general administrative and office organization tasks.
• Generate reports and statistics for HR reporting.
What You'll Need
• Completed commercial training, ideally with HR qualification, or an HR-focused degree.
• Several years of professional experience in HR administration, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Excellent knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and social security law.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style with a passion for administrative tasks.
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to build trusting relationships.
