【Key Responsibilities】

1. Lead the design and implementation of innovation strategies, to translate emerging technologies into commercializable projects.
2. Standardize communication protocols for innovation projects, ensuring alignment among universities, R&D teams, and business units.
3. Foster innovation culture integration through workshops, cross-border training programs, and knowledge-sharing platforms.
4. Design and manage a network of partnerships with top-tier universities and research bodies.
5. Drive joint research initiatives, including:

• Co-creation of innovation and technology alliances；
• Structuring dual-supervision talent programs, industry-sponsored projects；

【Key Requirements】

1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. 8+ years of experience in engineering project management, prototype development, or R&D leadership.
3. Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects.
4. Strong understanding of mechanical design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
5. Experience collaborating with universities and research institutions is highly desirable.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
8. Fluent in English and additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
