【Key Responsibilities】

【Key Requirements】
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering project management, prototype development, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience collaborating with universities and research institutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
- Fluent in English and additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
