What You Will Be Responsible For

Your role in the team: As part of the Operations Strategy & Programs team, you will work on exciting strategic projects across the entire supply chain. Together with experienced project managers, you will immerse yourself in transformation and strategy projects and gradually take on more responsibility until you are managing projects yourself.

Shaping rather than watching: You will support cross-functional initiatives, help develop operational concepts and contribute your own ideas to significantly improve processes. You will work closely with various teams and partners to make processes more efficient and sustainable.

Creating clarity: Whether presentations for management, decision-making documents or reports, you prepare information in such a way that it is convincing, effective and keeps everyone involved up to date.

Structure and overview: You organise meetings, stand-ups and steering committees, keep track of results and assist with KPI tracking. This allows you to maintain an overview at all times and ensure that projects run smoothly..

Grow independently: You will take on your own sub-projects and work packages early on, from integrating new service providers to optimising existing processes. In doing so, you will learn to take responsibility, make decisions and continuously develop yourself.

What We Are Looking For

Your background: You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, supply chain management or a similar subject and have gained initial experience through internships or working student positions, e.g. in project management, consulting or trade.

Your strengths: You work in a structured and analytical manner and like to tackle things yourself. You communicate clearly, listen and actively contribute your ideas.

Your profile: You are confident and purposeful in your use of digital tools such as MS Office. With your open manner and excellent German and English skills, you are comfortable working in an international environment.
