ACCPRO are working with a global tech firm to recruit for a Product Manager. City Centre based company, in the office 50% of the time, €100k salary, 27 days annual leave. 11-month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Product Strategy
• Translate the product strategy into a detailed, prioritised roadmap, clearly communicating its rationale and impact to stakeholders
• Conduct extensive user research, gather feedback, and analyse data
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing to define requirements, drive development, and ensure successful product launches
• Write clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Guide agile development teams from ideation through deployment
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and iterate on features to maximize user adoption, satisfaction, and business value
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Workday platform advancements to identify new opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products
• Experience with HR technology, internal tools, or employee experience platforms
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle in an Agile environment
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
