Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their Global People team. This is a key role for a professional who thrives on delivering exceptional HR service, supporting employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, and driving operational excellence at scale. You’ll act as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence, helping to streamline processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
Salary: €50,000 pro rata
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR Centers of Excellence, recruiters, employees, and people managers.
- Provide operational support across the hiring lifecycle, including interview coordination, offer preparation, and TA process support.
- Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR cases across multiple time zones, ensuring SLA adherence and exceptional service delivery.
- Execute global HR processes, such as creating contracts and offer letters, managing employee data, supporting learning platforms, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Use operational knowledge to escalate and resolve HR cases, maintaining accuracy and compliance in all systems.
- Promote employee self-service by leveraging internal knowledge bases and tools.
- Conduct audits and validations of HR transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Identify process inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance HR operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or a centralised HR/customer support function supporting global teams.
- Strong process knowledge and experience with HR systems and technology.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ideally in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
- Proven experience supporting HR Operations across the EMEA region
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
