Our client is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance a complex, multi-site network environment. This is a senior role providing 2nd and 3rd line support, acting as an escalation point, and contributing to network design and improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Provide 2nd/3rd line network and systems support
2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents
3. Act as an escalation point for major network issues
4. Support and mentor junior team members
5. Assist with the design, implementation, and support of on-prem and cloud network solutions
6. Maintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation

Requirements include:

1. 10+ years’ experience in networking and enterprise systems support
2. Strong experience in Microsoft-based environments (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP)
3. Proven experience supporting multi-site network environments
4. Hands-on expertise with Cisco and Fortinet technologies
5. Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, TCP/IP, and core network services
6. Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell or similar)

Must be comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
