Why This Role Is Interesting:

• You work on real products, not toy projects. The code you write will be used by dealerships and manufacturers in multiple countries.
• You learn across the stack. You’ll touch backend, frontend, and DevOps concepts with support from senior engineers.
• You learn modern, AI-native engineering. You’ll be encouraged to use AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar to move faster and learn better.

What You’ll Do:

• Build features with guidance.
• Improve existing systems. Help fix bugs, refactor code, and improve reliability and performance in parts of the product that dealers and manufacturers use every day.
• Work with AI as a teammate.
• Collaborate in a real engineering team. Participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and discussions about design and trade-offs, gaining exposure to how senior engineers think.

What You Bring:

• Solid foundations.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (PHP, Java, Python).
• Understanding of core concepts like HTTP, APIs, databases, and basic data structures.
• Some web experience. You’ve built small projects (personal, university, bootcamp, or internship) that include a backend, frontend, or both.
• Curiosity about AI tools.
• Problem-solving mindset. You enjoy understanding why something works (or breaks), not just getting it to “pass”. You ask questions and seek feedback.
• Team attitude. You communicate clearly and ask for support when you’re stuck.

What You’ll Learn Here:

• How real SaaS systems work. Multi-tenant, high-traffic products, real customer data, and real business constraints.
• System design thinking. How experienced engineers design services, APIs, data models, and integrations that can evolve over time.
• DevOps basics. CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and incident handling.
• AI-native workflows. How to use AI tools effectively and safely in a professional codebase.
