Product Marketing & Reputation Manager

We are seeking a Product Marketing & Reputation Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s online presence.

Your responsibilities: 

• Monitor and analyze the company’s reputation across various platforms (Reddit, Trustpilot, other review sites).
• Communicate product updates, news, and key features to existing customers via emails and notifications.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, assess performance metrics, and respond accordingly to the roadmap.
• Conduct competitor analysis to improve our market position.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on product launches and other initiatives.

Core Requirements:

• Experience in online reputation management, social media, or review platform communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers through emails, messages, and notifications.
• Experience in product marketing – ability to present new product features effectively.
• Familiarity with Trustpilot, Reddit, and other review platforms.
