COMPENSATION

BASE: EUR 130,000 - 175,000 (Depending on Experience)

PERFOMANCE COMPENSATION (PC): 15%-25%

TOTAL CASH COMPENSATION: BASE + PC

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an early hire, you will not only take part in defending one of the most innovative sovereign cybersecurity solutions in the market today, you’ll help build the systems and infrastructure that defend it.

You’ll work hands-on with a modern security architecture and an elite toolchain built on the most trusted, forward-looking products and services in the industry.

As a junior member of our Product Development Council, you’ll have a real voice. Your insights will directly inform the roadmap and shape capabilities deployed to help protect sovereign NATO nations around the world.

Once a year, you’ll rotate out of the internal team to support a field project in the EU, helping stand up systems, operationalize security programs, and train the local teams that communities and critical services depend on.

REQUIREMENTS (non negotionable):

(there are must haves - when we say lead or key SME we mean lead or key SME role during implementation. When we say Crowdstrike XDR we mean Crowdstrike XDR))

• FLUENCY LATVIAN AND ENGLISH (C1)
• HYBRID (Latvia) with occasional travel to the US & 3 months winter escape option
• Lead or key SME: Crowdstrike XDR + threat hunting
• Lead or key SME: Full implementation of SASE product i.e. Zscaler ZIA+ZPA (Transformation Edition)
• Lead or key SME: PAM implementation incl ephemeral JIT access (CyberArk/Delinea)

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with TORQ, WIZ, VANTA, SNYK, SERVICE NOW ITSM
• Degree in related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems)
• Relevant Certifications: GIAC/SANS, CISSP, CISM
