We are looking for:

Fleming is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing high-performing, scalable, and maintainable web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to shape front-end architecture and deliver solutions that scale across multiple products.

Get ready to:

• Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern web technologies.
• Work extensively with React and Next.js to build interactive, scalable, and maintainable interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement key product features.
• Optimize applications for speed and reliability, ensuring they scale smoothly across multiple projects.
• Implement monitoring and analytics to track performance, detect issues early, and maintain high uptime.
• Mentor other developers and share knowledge, helping the team level up.
• Participate in high-impact, fast-moving projects, where decisions shape the future of our front-end ecosystem.

We expect you to:

• Have 5+ years of front-end experience, with strong skills in JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Be confident in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications.
• Understand front-end architecture, reusable components, and testing basics.
• Write clean, reusable code that’s easy to maintain.
• Be comfortable with monitoring and error tracking to keep apps running smoothly.
• Communicate clearly and directly, take ownership, and help others grow.
• Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500 - 6500 EUR/month.
