Axiology – Building the Infrastructure of Tokenised Capital Markets


This is an executive role for someone who knows how capital markets really work – and wants to help rebuild them for the next generation.


Axiology is a regulated financial market infrastructure company, licensed under the EU DLT Pilot Regime, building production-grade trading, settlement, custody, and issuance infrastructure for tokenised securities. This is not an experiment, a sandbox, or a “crypto” side project. We are live, regulated, and working with serious institutions across Europe.


We are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to take full ownership of our commercial strategy and execution as we scale. This role sits at the executive level and works directly with the founders. You will be responsible for turning market opportunity into revenue, mandates, and long-term institutional relationships – while building and leading a high-performing commercial team.


As Chief Commercial Officer, you will own Axiology’s go-to-market strategy and commercial outcomes across issuers, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners. You will lead and develop junior sales and business development staff, set standards, and ensure disciplined execution.

You will represent Axiology in senior-level discussions with banks, brokers, issuers, infrastructure providers, regulators, and policymakers. You will translate complex regulatory and infrastructure capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value.


Key responsibilities


  • Full ownership of commercial strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and scaling of the sales and business development team.
  • Origination and closing of senior-level institutional relationships and mandates.
  • Definition and execution of go-to-market strategy across tokenised bonds, funds, and market infrastructure services.
  • Close collaboration with product, regulatory, and operations teams to align commercial execution with licensed capabilities.
  • Executive-level representation of Axiology in Europe and selected international markets.


Who we are looking for


  • Senior executive experience in capital markets infrastructure, exchanges, post-trade, banking, brokerage, or closely related fields.
  • Deep, practical understanding of capital markets end-to-end – issuance, trading, settlement, custody, and regulation.
  • Proven ability to lead people and build teams, not just close individual deals.
  • Strong institutional credibility and comfort engaging with C-level counterparts.
  • Clear-eyed enthusiasm for tokenisation and digital market infrastructure – substance over hype.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, accountability, and the ability to operate in a scaling environment.

Salary: starting from €5,000 gross per month, plus performance-based bonuses. Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
