Sales and Business Development Manager

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions or enterprise consulting services.
  • Experience with or understanding of the SAP ecosystem is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to sell complex IT solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting companies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
  • English C1+ and Lithuanian C1+.
  • The candidate is based in Lithuania.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Lithuania and Europe
  • Promote LeverX services: SAP implementation, S/4HANA transformations, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM/TM, IBP, AMS, and ML/AI projects.
  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline through networking, market research, SAP ecosystem engagement, and outbound activities.
  • Engage with SAP Baltic and Nordic partner teams to identify joint opportunities and coordinate go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct meetings with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and business leaders.
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer business needs and translate them into appropriate LeverX solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Work closely with presales, delivery, marketing, and global sales teams.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Align with internal delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and forecasting.
  • Participate in conferences, SAP events, and industry forums in the Baltics.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline updates in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Provide regular forecasts and market insights to regional leadership.
