🚀 We’re hiring: Senior UX / Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX / Product Designer to help scale our impact, elevate our design standards, and deliver outstanding user experiences across our digital products.

🎯 Your mission

As a Senior UX / Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping user-centered solutions by:

• Collaborating closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams within an agile setup to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions.
• Leading the design process with a strong user-centric mindset, ensuring products and features align with expected customer outcomes.
• Contributing to and evolving the design system by creating, adapting, and refining components to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve designs through feedback.
• Designing across multiple platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency, coherence, and responsiveness of software solutions.

👤 Your profile

You bring both experience and curiosity, with a strong foundation in UX and product design:

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating your impact on engaging user experiences.
• Hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end UX design process: research, ideation, design, prototyping, user validation, and implementation.
• Experience designing web software and applications is a strong plus.
• Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and (low & high-fidelity) prototyping.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
• Comfortable facilitating and moderating collaborative workshops.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management.
• Structured, proactive, autonomous working style.
