Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager who supports the COO Management Team and helps drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager within the COO domain, you will support initiatives that strengthen the organization on a strategic, tactical, and operational level. You will collaborate closely with the COO Management Team and work across multiple departments within the asset management landscape. The role offers broad exposure to key organizational topics and provides the opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution and performance of the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the COO Management Team in shaping strategy, preparing decisions, and executing priority initiatives.
- Supporting and coordinating cross-functional projects in areas such as operations, IT, data, and process improvement.
- Analyzing current ways of working and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitoring external developments, including market trends, regulation, and client expectations, and translating these into practical actions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and ways of working within asset management.
- Developing management information, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making at senior level.
- Supporting the design and further development of the COO operating model.

- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, suitable for a professional working environment.
