Hi,
Our client based in Amsterdam is looking for a Senior Java Developer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong core Java development skills with hands-on experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- Build and implement RESTful APIs; experience with OpenAPI/Swagger is a plus.
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, integration testing, and adherence to best coding practices.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Work with distributed systems and event-driven architecture; hands-on experience with Kafka is required.
- Develop and deploy applications on the Azure cloud platform, including Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
- Possess functional knowledge of online payment systems and acquiring (good to have).
- Exhibit a strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery — from design and development to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
