The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Own your product: From idea to launch and beyond, ensuring it meets business goals and delivers value.
- Lead your team: Set clear goals, success metrics, and a roadmap aligned with Huspy's mission.
- Collaborate closely: Work daily with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to bring your product vision to life.
- Drive results: Use data, market research, and company strategy to prioritize impactful initiatives that drive growth.
- Be a problem solver: Tackle new challenges across various domains to keep improving our product and processes.
- 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products
- 1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices
- We don’t expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI)
- Experience in driving product vision, and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partners
- A hands-on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly.
- Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
