WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Lead and support high-performing Agile teams, focusing on continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum rituals and promote Agile best practices
• Drive team productivity, happiness, and delivery predictability
• Conduct impact assessments and support high-level solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery

AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile DevOps environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and relevant certifications (e.g., PSM I)
• Skilled in using Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Bonus: PSM II, PSPO I/II certifications or experience with specific Agile frameworks
