🌟 What challenge do we have for you?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (French Speaker) to join an international project, where you will play a key role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of effective business solutions.

This role involves close collaboration with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams, as well as the creation of detailed functional documentation in both French and English, within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

🔍 What will you do day to day?

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, requirements, and market needs
• Work closely with French-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams
• Support the delivery and implementation of business solutions

Mid to Senior

💰 Salary package

• Mid: €1,100 to €1,900 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits + Professional Development Plan + benefits in force at the organisation
• Senior: €1,500 to €2,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Expense Allowances + Flex Benefits + Professional Development Plan + benefits in force at the organisation

✅ Do you have what it takes to be a Business Analyst?

• Fluent French (spoken and written) – mandatory
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and process analysis
• Good understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus
