We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support application deployment, continuous integration, and production delivery within a containerized and cloud-based environment. The role focuses heavily on OpenShift, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and batch processing, with close collaboration across development, production, and infrastructure teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing application deliveries, adapting CI/CD pipelines, and supporting qualification and production releases in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Deployment & Continuous Integration (DevOps / OpenShift)

 Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deploy applications and implement continuous delivery pipelines.

 Design, deploy, and operate containerized applications using OpenShift and Kubernetes.

 Apply strong expertise in containerization concepts (Docker, images, pods, services).

 Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, following DevOps best practices.

 Support application deployment processes using common programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).

 Manage networking, security, and storage requirements within a cloud and containerized environment.

 Handle application deliveries and technical documentation provided by vendors (primarily Cassiopae).

 Adapt Jenkins CI jobs to evolving technical components and delivery requirements.

 Prepare delivery packages using Git and Jenkins.

 Install application components in testing environments using automated deployment tools (XL Deploy, XL Release) covering:

o UI components

o Batch processes

o Databases

o Reports

 Prepare change request documentation for technical teams responsible for Qualification and Production deployments (BPCE / Natixis Application Production and DBA teams).

 Monitor qualification and production release activities and provide technical support during deployments.

Required Technical Skills:

 Proven experience with Kubernetes

 Strong mastery of containerization technologies (Docker, images, pods, services)

 Solid understanding of distributed web architectures and client-server models

 Experience with application servers (JBOSS, Tomcat)

 Knowledge of Oracle 19c Exadata DBMS

 Proficiency in Unix and Windows scripting

 Fluency in French

Nice-to-Have Skills:

 Experience with batch schedulers such as Control-M

 Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools: o Git o Artifactory o Jenkins o XL Deploy o XL Release

 Experience with testing and acceptance tools (JIRA, XRAY)

 Knowledge of incident and change management tools (ServiceNow)

 Proficiency with collaboration tools (Confluence, Office 365, Microsoft Teams)
