About The Role

As a data scientist, you will be responsible for leading the design of solutions and managing the teams that develop them within a project. You will also be responsible for selecting a team with the appropriate skillset or ensuring that the team acquires the required capabilities in due time. You must also ensure proper solution delivery, monitoring, and governance using MLOps.

As a part of your job, you will:

• Leverage data and domain knowledge to solve business problems and create quantifiable value;
• Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models, and design suitable solutions;
• Build and maintain (or lead the development of) data-driven optimization models, experiments, forecasting algorithms, and capacity constraint models;
• Lead teams into delivering models using best MLOps practices;
• Communicate final recommendations and support decision-making.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science);
• Scripting with Python and nice to have one of these languages (e.g., Pyspark, Spark-mllib);
• Experienced with packages such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, matplotlib, and tensorflow/pytorch;
• Minimum 2Y of project experience as a Data Scientist;
• Professional experience with Java, Scala, or Spark;
• Experience working with and leading teams in a project environment;
• Experience in delivering projects using MLOps best practices.
