Cloud & DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) – Switzerland / Hybrid

Located in Zurich, our client is seeking an experienced Cloud & Microsoft 365 Engineer to join their growing technology team. Operating with modern cloud infrastructure and secure workplaces, they support organisations in building reliable, scalable, and secure IT environments.

Tech Stack:

Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, SharePoint Online, PowerShell, Graph API, MFA, Hybrid AD, Networking (Firewall, Routing, Switching), Cloud Infrastructure, CI/CD, Automation, VoIP (Teams)

About the Role:

As a Cloud & Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and operating modern cloud and workplace solutions. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, identity & access management, and security, supporting customers or internal stakeholders end-to-end.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Microsoft 365 Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
• Practical experience with PowerShell, automation, and structured troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of hybrid environments (on-prem AD + cloud).

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to VoIP solutions (Microsoft Teams, 3CX).
• Experience with monitoring, documentation, or compliance/security audits.
• Consulting mindset or customer-facing project experience.

Salary: CHF 110’000 - CHF 140’000 + Bonus + Benefits
