What your tasks are:

• Planning and managing SAP projects
• Leading and conducting customer workshops and presentations
• Mediating all Scrum events (daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives)
• Coaching the development team, product owner, and organization in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with the Scrum framework and agile principles
• Identifying and removing impediments to ensure team flow
• Promoting self-organization, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Supporting the product owner with backlog maintenance and prioritization
• Continuous training in hard and soft skills

What experience you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP project management and extensive knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks
• Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II or CSM)
• Experience with other project methods (e.g., waterfall, hybrid models)
• Strong communication and moderation skills and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Strong empathy, conflict resolution skills, and assertiveness
• Experience in coaching teams and managers
• High level of proactivity, flexibility, and willingness to travel
• Excellent command of English
