Frontend/Lit Developer

What Awaits You

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to independently develop and maintain our web application. As a developer on this project, you will have ownership of the frontend architecture, development process and implementation decisions.

• Develop modular, reusable UI components using modern frameworks or libraries
• Implement efficient state management and data flow patterns
• Ensure responsive design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize rendering performance and handle large-scale data efficiently
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and manage asynchronous operations
• Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and best practices
  
  
  

What Should You Bring Along

• University Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with generic component development
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), DOM manipulation and event-driven programming
• Familiarity with component-based architecture and declarative UI patterns
• Knowledge of state management (e.g., centralized stores, immutable data structures)
• Experience with asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await)
• Understanding of performance optimization (virtual DOM, memorization, lazy loading)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Awareness of testing methodologies and version control systems
• Nice to have: experience with Lit
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• German communication skills will be a plus
