🚀 We’re hiring: Junior Project Manager – Reporting & Closing (Agile Environment)

💼 What you’ll do

As a Junior Project Manager – Reporting & Closing, you will:

✨ Support management in shaping, optimizing, and standardizing internal procedures.

✨ Contribute to the coordination of IFRS closing processes and monitor progress across international teams.

✨ Assist in project management activities such as demand/change management, upgrade & release planning, incident tracking, and task prioritization.

✨ Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master to ensure full adherence to Agile methodology during sprint planning and execution.

✨ Monitor budgets, service levels, and deliverables, while helping ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

✨ Support both business and IT teams throughout all phases of the reporting cycle: preparation, execution, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Who you are

✔️ You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

✔️ You bring 1–3 years of experience as a PMO, Junior Project Manager, or Reporting Closing Coordinator in financial services, asset management, or consulting.

✔️ You have knowledge of IFRS principles, ideally IFRS 17 & IFRS 9.

✔️ You have experience in accounting or actuarial projects and understand Agile practices.

✔️ You are highly motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

✔️ You have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a multicultural setting.

✔️ You are proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English.

⭐ Nice to have

➡️ Scrum Master certification

➡️ Experience with ServiceNow

➡️ Experience in IFRS 17/9 implementation projects

➡️ Familiarity with SAP (FPSL, PaPM, FS-CD, BW, FI), Moody’s, or Tagetik

➡️ Knowledge of Italian
