Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the product journey from early strategy to execution and delivery, defining what should be built to maximize impact. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Owning the overall value delivery of the team, focusing on impactful initiatives.
- Defining product strategy and setting quarterly objectives aligned with company goals.
- Building a deep understanding of users and business needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Leading the team through discovery and delivery, balancing innovation with maintenance.
- Communicating the team's mission, priorities, and outcomes across the organization.
- Improving processes and delivery speed alongside product and engineering leadership.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, focusing on conversion optimization in e-commerce or digital products.
- Experience with SEO, CMS platforms, and content-heavy products.
- Passionate about solving user problems with modern product discovery techniques.
- Highly data-driven, with experience in performance analysis and experimentation.
- Effective communicator with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
- Proficient in managing complex challenges with ownership and persistence.
- Skilled at creating high-performing product teams and pushing boundaries.
- Experience with OKRs as a management and steering tool.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
The role is based in Stockholm, requiring four days onsite each week, with remote work on Wednesdays. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. Join a dynamic team at an exciting phase of growth!
