About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Data Analysis Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will support the monthly reporting and analysis of Sales Out and Inventory data submitted by Fluke’s channel partners. You will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data quality, identify business opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Data Analysis Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will support the monthly reporting and analysis of Sales Out and Inventory data submitted by Fluke’s channel partners. You will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data quality, identify business opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Rework and process monthly Sales Out and Inventory reports received from Fluke’s channel partners.
- Analyze submitted data to identify quality defects, inconsistencies, and potential business opportunities.
- Participate in ongoing projects to optimize and automate reporting processes, including:
- Leveraging and enhancing the RPA bot developed in 2024.
- Developing tools and workflows for reporting tasks not efficiently handled by the RPA bot.
- Support the FP&A department’s BI Analyst with small-scale data and reporting projects.
- Must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Affinity with data processing, validation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
