Business Analyst Senior Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how data is transformed and delivered to support advanced analytics and decision-making across Electrification. Each day, you will work translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient data transformations within Snowflake leveraging the existing Unified Data Model with data from SAP ERP and other business applications.

The work model for the role is hybrid or fully remote, as long as you are based within Europe and can align with Central European working hours. Please note that relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided for this role.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Designing and implementing robust SQL-based data transformations within Snowflake, using the existing Unified Data Model as a foundation.
• Extending the UDM to fulfill specific reporting and analysis requirements from business stakeholders with data from SAP ERP and other business applications.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and performance through testing, optimization, and adherence to modeling best practices.
• Providing input into data architecture improvements, metadata management, and governance initiatives to enhance the overall analytical data landscape.
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• You are highly skilled in data transformation, data modeling, and cloud data warehousing, and you enjoy working with large-scale enterprise data in a B2B or industrial business environment.
• You have 8+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or enterprise analytics, designing and delivering reliable, scalable solutions to meet business needs.
• You are highly adept in SQL and data modeling best practices, with deep knowledge of SAP ERP data structures, particularly within the SD, MM, and FICO modules. Experience with Snowflake and Python is a plus.
• You are passionate about translating business questions into structured, high-quality data and collaborating cross-functionally with analysts and stakeholders to deliver value from data.
• You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field
• You are at ease communicating in English (other languages are a plus).
