Job Opportunity: DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support and maintain cloud platforms across AWS, Azure and GCP. The role involves close collaboration with application and project teams to ensure secure, stable and compliant cloud environments, while continuously improving operational processes. This position includes participation in a 24x7 on call support rotation.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visit 6 times per month)

English skills: B2/C1

Responsibilities:

• Support and resolve customer requests across internal AWS, Azure and GCP platforms
• Support project teams with application deployments
• Troubleshoot project configurations using tools such as Terraform, Jenkins and other CI/CD technologies
• Ensure compliance with operational and security standards including IAM roles and permissions, VPC and network configurations, firewall rules, logging and monitoring alerts
• Update and maintain support and operational documentation
• Ensure change management practices are followed in line with central standards
• Provide out of business hours support as part of a rotational 24x7 on call model

Requirements

• Expert understanding of DevOps principles
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with application teams, cross functional IT teams and global and local stakeholders
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and successfully implementing change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
