For our Product Team, we are looking for a Product Manager to join us!


About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong AdTech domain knowledge to join our growing product and engineering organization.


Our company operates at the intersection of advertising technology, data, and scalable software platforms. We are rebuilding and expanding our tech stack and product organization from the ground up, and this role will play a key role in shaping the future of our AdTech products.

You will work closely with engineering, data, business, and stakeholders, owning the product lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery to delivery and optimization.


What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the product roadmap for AdTech products (e.g. ad serving, bidding, targeting, measurement, reporting)

• Translate business goals and market needs into clear product requirements and priorities

• Lead discovery activities: problem framing, user research, data analysis, hypothesis building

• Write clear and actionable PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an agile environment

• Partner with data teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and experimentation frameworks

• Work with commercial and business stakeholders to align product strategy with revenue goals

• Continuously analyze product performance and drive optimization and iteration

• Stay up to date with AdTech trends, privacy regulations, and industry standards


What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven platforms

• Strong understanding of AdTech fundamentals, such as:

o Ad serving & delivery

o Bidding & auction models

o Targeting & segmentation

o Measurement, attribution, and reporting

• Experience working with engineering teams on complex, scalable systems

• Solid grasp of data-driven product development

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English (written & spoken)


Nice to Have

• Experience with Retail Media, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer platforms

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or optimization products

• Technical background or ability to read and discuss system architecture

• Experience working in scale-up or transformation environments
