A Fortune 100 organisation headquartered in Frankfurt is hiring a UX UI Designer and Researcher on a permanent basis and will also consider B2B contract. You will help shape experience and interface design across key digital products used at significant scale. Key Responsibilities

You will partner closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery, including:

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Define and communicate user journeys through journey mapping
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Deliver high fidelity UI and interaction design
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across products
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and product data

Collaboration and Ways of Working

• Work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align on goals, scope, and outcomes
• Present research findings and design rationale clearly to support decision making
• Support delivery teams with design guidance through build, QA, and release

Location and Working Arrangement

• Hybrid first working arrangement from Poland outside of client visits
• On site in Frankfurt once every two months for planned client visits
• All travel for client visits is fully paid for and arranged well in advance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong UX UI design capability across discovery, research, and delivery
• GERMAN SPEAKING
• Experience designing end to end user journeys for digital products at scale
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and high fidelity UI design
• Comfortable working with design systems and applying consistent patterns across products
• Data and feedback driven approach to iteration and continuous improvement
