We are looking for an experienced IT Project & Product Manager to lead our technology and product initiatives in the payment systems domain. This role combines project execution, product ownership, and leadership of our IT Development team.

Experience in Card and POS is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the roadmap for payment products (issuing & acquiring)
• Manage day-to-day activities of the IT Developer team
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of new products, integrations, and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and payment partners
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, EMV, and regulatory requirements
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation
• Drive Agile processes: backlog, sprints, and prioritization

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years experience in card & pos
• 5+ years experience in IT project and/or product management
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, API integrations, and Agile/Scrum
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and guide technical decisions
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Bonus: PMP/Agile certifications, fintech/banking experience, SQL/Postman knowledge
